Which payment methods do you accept? TOP
Once you submit your order and address information you will automatically be taken to the Paypal site to submit your payment. That page will have our name and payment information on it, along with the total amount due. Simply fill out the form and make your payment. That's it! Will my Car seat cover fit my car seat model? TOP
Yes. Because you order your Cover
for the specific car seat model you own (from the drop-down box on the
product page), it will be custom made to be a perfect fit. Does the cart seat cover go over my old cover? TOP
No. Covers are custom made
replacement covers that are made to fit as good or better than your old
cover. Simply take your old cover off and slip your new Cover on
your car seat. Why are Car seat Covers so expensive? TOP
Your Cover is like no other car
seat cover product made. We use only the finest fabrics, paddings, and
linings. We pay obsessive attention to every last detail of your cover to make sure that it will fit perfectly and that your baby
will be incredibly comfortable. We also have a very unique flair for
design that is unmatched in the marketplace. Plus, you have the
satisfaction of knowing that your child is riding in one of the best
made, and most exclusive baby accessories available. How do I clean my Cover? TOP
Covers are machine washable. Warm
water for light colored covers. Cold water for dark colored covers.
We recommend that you place your cover in the dryer for about 10
minutes, remove while cover is still a bit damp, and allow the cover to
air-dry. This will insure that your cover keeps its color for a long
time. Infant car seat canopies are spot clean or dry clean only. Do you give refunds on Car seat covers? TOP
Because your Cover is custom made just for you and your child, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. How do I change the products that I ordered? TOP
If you ordered the wrong product or if you would like to delete or add a product, click on the "View Cart" link on the left hand side navigation.
How do I pay by check or money order by mail? TOP
We encourage you to place your order online using PayPal. Your order will be sent out much quicker and it will take less of your time. PayPal is safe and secure! If you would prefer to send your order to us by mail, just contact us and we will give you directions for payment. Note: We will not begin working on your order until we have received payment. Of course, we can not guarantee how long it will take for your payment to get to us. How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
We ship the day you place your order (excluding custom orders). We will keep you informed on when your order has been shipped.
Will I be notified when my package ships? TOP
Yes! We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order ships. If your
order can not ship for some reason we will communicate with you as soon
as possible.
I need my order to arrive by a specific date. How do I make sure I receive it in time? TOP
We always do our best to ensure your orders arrive in a timely fashion.
If you need an item by a specific date please note that date in the
comments field during your checkout. We will contact you if we need to
make additional arrangements to get the order to you on time. Can my order be gift wrapped and mailed to an address other than my own? TOP
Yes! Let us know and we will be happy to do this. Your gift will include a personalized gift card and be wrapped in matching tissue paper. The
charge for this service is $4.99. I own a boutique, gallery, retail shop. Do you have wholesale prices? TOP
Depending on the quantity ordered we will discount the total sale.
